End of Series Derogation Category L
We are now accepting End of Series applications for requirements coming into force on the 1st of January 2025 within Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
To apply for End of Series, please populate the application form, VIN list and Annex II justification and send this to: Derogations@vca.gov.uk.
Please be reminded of the 2 options regarding vehicle limits for Category L vehicles:
- Up to 10% of the number of vehicles of the same type registered (in the UK) in the two preceding years, OR
- Up to 100 vehicles per type in the UK, whichever is higher
