Approved UK Derogations
The following manufacturers have been granted a derogation in accordance with Article 10(1)(c) of Regulation 2019/631 from the specific emissions targets calculated in accordance with part A, points 1 to 4 of Annex I to the Regulation for the calendar years stated below. This derogation applies only to vehicles registered in Northern Ireland in 2024. Vehicles registered in Great Britain from 2024 have been regulated by a separate piece of legislation, the Vehicle Emissions Trading Scheme Order 2023.
