A new Regulatory Library is coming in 2025
As you may be aware from previous communications, we are currently developing and testing a new Regulatory library to combine and replace our VISTA and LegStat systems. We are excited to announce that this will be launched in 2025.
As our current software providers are ceasing support for our current VISTA library in 2025, we needed to develop a new system and have taken the opportunity to streamline the behind-the-scenes management and in turn improve the user experience.
When will the new system be ready?
We wrote to customers in December to say that it would be delivered in the Spring of this year, however we are now aiming to deliver this by June 2025. We will be sending updates via email, LinkedIn and on our website as we get closer to June.
Will there be a change in my subscription and price?
As we are combining our two regulatory databases (LegStat and VISTA) into one system, we are currently remodelling our subscription offerings and pricing which we will be sharing later this year.
For those of you that have subscriptions ending at the end of June 2025, we will get in touch to present the new subscription model and pricing structure for you to choose and give you the option to renew your subscription.
For those that have subscriptions ending beyond June 2025, we will ensure you remain on the most appropriate subscription package until renewal. When your subscription ends you will then be contacted to confirm if you would like to renew and confirm the new pricing structure.
Do I need to do anything?
There is no need for you to do anything at the moment, your current access will continue until you are contacted about your renewal.
We will also be holding webinars nearer to June to guide customers through the new system and welcome any feedback or questions on the current or new system.
